Product Quality & Returns

Yes, orders for urns can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Urns may be eligible for return depending on the situation. However, nameplates are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, as they are personalized items.

Please contact us within 24 hours and send photos of the item. We will assist you with a replacement.

Each urn and nameplate undergoes careful quality checking before delivery.

What types of urns do you offer?

We offer regular size adult urns, baby urns, pet urns, keepsake urns and urn pendants made from brass, aluminum, marble, jade & granite material.

We understand that this can be a challenging decision. Our team is here to assist you in selecting the perfect urn that aligns with your vision, style, and budget.

Our urns come in a range of prices to accommodate different budgets. We are committed to providing exceptional value while preserving the memory of your loved one.

For clients residing within Metro Manila, we are available for same day delivery during weekdays until 3pm. For client outside Metro Manila it will take 2 to 7 days depending on the location via Shopee & Lazada courier services.

We don’t offer international shipping.

If a client wants to cancel his/her order, he/she may request a refund by contacting our sales representatives. Cancellation is only applicable 24 hours after placing the order. Method of refund will be via Paymongo. No other charges. Please call 0908-893-URNS(8767) for assistance.

In case of refund requests due to quality issues, clients may contact us via text/call/messenger. This is only applicable 6 hours after the urn is received. We’ll request a digital picture of the delivered product and then assist them from there. The urn must be returned in good condition and well-secured package as it was delivered. Return shipping fee will be handled by the store. Once Magnificat Urns secure the urn and no other concerns regarding it, we’ll process the refund.
