Returns and Refunds Policy

If a client wants to cancel his/her order, he/she may request a refund by contacting our sales representatives. Cancellation is only applicable 24 hours after placing the order. Method of refund will be via Paymongo. No other charges. Please call 0908-893-URNS(8767) for assistance.

In case of refund requests due to quality issues, clients may contact us via text/call/messenger. This is only applicable 6 hours after the urn is received. We’ll request a digital picture of the delivered product and then assist them from there. The urn must be returned in good condition and well-secured package as it was delivered. Return shipping fee will be handled by the store. Once Magnificat Urns secure the urn and no other concerns regarding it, we'll process the refund.
