Ordering Policy

  • The client must agree that all details and the address that he/she provided in his/her order is truthful and correct. 
  • Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.
  • Once Magnificat Urns receive the order, our staff will contact you via text to confirm your order details before shipment.
  • If the address specified by the client is incorrect, and was not corrected by client before shipment, Magnificat Urns holds no liability for the misdelivered urn.
  • If a delivery is late, Magnificat Urns will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
  • Magnificat Urns offers same-day and next-day delivery to NCR and NCR Plus during business days. Upon ordering and placing a desired delivery date, the client will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has been processed. If for any reason, we cannot meet the desired delivery date, we will inform the client through email or text. 


Delivery Policy

Magnificat Urns is a store based in Ortigas, Quezon City. We offer same-day and next-day delivery during business days for Metro Manila and NCR Plus areas.

  • Same-day delivery is possible if order is placed before 3:00 PM (Philippine Time). Orders received after the cut-off time will be delivered next business day unless delivery date is specified.
  • Order/s will be delivered right after payment is settled. The client will be directly assisted by our sales representative.
  • Same-day or next-day delivery might not be possible if our store has reached its peak deliverables for the day. If in any case this happens, clients will be informed beforehand.


Delivery Time

Magnificat Urns is generally unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. The precise time of delivery varies and depends on the client’s preferred courier.

Late Deliveries

If we are unable to deliver your item on the selected date due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. If, on the other hand, we are unable to make a delivery as scheduled due to circumstances outside our control (the unavailability of your recipient or a wrong address, for example), we do not issue a refund. If a recipient is unavailable when we attempt delivery, we will leave a note requesting a call to schedule delivery. If appropriate, we will also contact you when delivery issues arise.

Refused Deliveries

If a recipient refused delivery, the client will not be entitled to a refund.

Products and images

Due to the light and screen setting difference, the item’s color may be slightly different from the pictures. Please allow slight dimension differences due to different manual measurements. 

Some items on the picture are not included unless stated in the product description and are only used for display purposes.

Cancellations/Refund Requests and Claims

If a client wants to cancel his/her order, he/she may request a refund by filling-out the form which will be sent via email by our sales representatives. Cancellation is only applicable 24 hours after placing the order. Method of refund will be via Paymongo. Please call 0908-893-URNS(8767) for assistance.

In case of quality issues, clients may contact us via text/call/messenger. We’ll request a digital picture of the delivered product and then assist them from there. Returned urns must be in good condition as it was delivered.

Order Changes

To change your order, please contact 0908-893-URNS(8767) for assistance. Changes can only be made two business days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date. For clients who choose same-day and next-day delivery options, please advise our sales representative as soon as possible or before they prepare your orders for shipment.

Payment Processing Issues

If you provide us with incorrect or invalid credit card or payment information, we cannot process your order. We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue, but you will be responsible for any issues arising as a result thereof.

Quality Policy

Our Magnificat Urns are made with superior craftsmanship. Each urn is elegantly designed to match the quality our departed loved one deserves. Our urns are in a well kept and organized storage area to maintain its good condition.

Duplicate Orders

If you placed two or more identical orders and you let us know about it before shipment is arranged, you will receive a full refund for the duplicated order.

Substitution Policy

In some cases, we may not have the client’s preferred design of urn in stock, careful substitutions of equal or greater value will be necessary. In those cases, when possible, Magnificat Urns will offer him/her other designs to choose from. Otherwise, it’s the client’s decision to push through or cancel the order.
